What is a shell building kit? We produce all elements in our factory: timber frame walls, floors, roof elements, windows and doors are installed in the elements, and the facade of your choice is prepared. All components are delivered complete to your building site. Assembly and finishing is done by you or your own contractor.

What does turnkey exterior mean? Your home is fully assembled by our experienced team. The home is delivered wind and watertight: roof, walls and ceilings are installed, with roof covering and the chosen facade. Your home looks completely finished and beautiful from the outside. Interior finishing is done by you or a local contractor.
